Fazaa Platinum Card — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Banking Alliance

The Co-Branded Fazaa Platinum Card program is issued by Fazaa in official strategic collaboration with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). By applying for and utilizing the card, members agree to adhere to these terms and the governing banking regulations of the UAE.

2. Eligibility & Verification

• Must be a UAE national or resident holding a valid Emirates ID.
• Must be an active First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) account holder or registered mobile banking client.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• KYC records are verified through partner banking networks.

3. Benefits & Rewards Tiers

Cardholders are entitled to exclusive merchant discounts, VIP airport lounge access, and conversion of loyalty points into FAB Rewards. Perks are subject to partner merchant availability and periodic tier renewals.

4. Membership & Zero Annual Fee

Under the strategic partnership initiative, qualifying UAE clients receive the Platinum card with zero annual maintenance fees. Complimentary express courier delivery is provided upon address verification.

5. Data Protection & Bank-Grade Security

Personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols in compliance with Central Bank of the UAE data privacy and AML standards. Information is never sold to third parties.
